Digital Measurements
Our technological equipment enables contact-free precise measurement taking.
Sanitation
All devices and equipment are disinfected before and after each use and hand washing and/or hand sanitation is mandatory to enter the store. We are also sanitizing frames after each contact with a client.
Protection
Our opticians & staff are fully equipped with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Wearing a mask for all customers is mandatory.
Remote Ordering
When possible to assist customers without coming into the store, such as preliminary assessments and contact lens re-ordering, it is done via phone or email.
COVID-19 Screening
To book an appointment, we require all customers to complete a questionnaire for any signs of COVID-19.
Hand Washing
Hand sanitation is mandatory when enter the store. A hand wash station and hand sanitizer is always readily available.
Wearing Masks
Wearing a mask is mandatory for all clients and staff. We ask that clients bring their own protective mask.
By Appointment
To ensure social distancing, the number of customers in the store will be limited and continually monitored. Markings on the floor will indicate 6 feet disntancing.
Equipment Disinfection
All tools, utensils and equipment are disinfected before and after each use.
Frame Disinfection
We take pride in our expertise in selecting frames and request that customers do not handle frames on their own. We are trained and experienced in providing great eyewear for our customers.
Staff Social Distancing
Employees are aware of the risks and recommendations pertaining to COVID-19 by Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC). We take preventative measures in our daily activities to limit our risks, both in the optical and at home.
